Lord Snooty
Wednesday 1 - 0 Wigan Athletic Fletcher 63 Clean sheet and 3 points. Home win against a side who had just battered Villa.. Who was your top Owl today? And how did the rest fair? Time to get those scores on the doors! How? Just how? WTF?! Horrific. My eyes! My eyes! Bad - Lads had a stinker Below par - Not at his best today Bare minimum- Level no one should fall below Standard- Lads done ok today. Good - Played well Terrific - Made a good impact on the game Absolutley bloody marvelous - Showed why we pay all our lads £40pw I've just spaffed and will probably never see another performance like that in my life time. But ill be able to say I was here this day and witnessed it.

The only way is S6
Fletcher, without a doubt. Won every header, great hold up play & closing down, plus a good goal. 10/10. Hutchinson next best.
clud17
No contest, everyone played steady or well but Fletch was Excellent. Deserved his goal.
asteener1867
Westwood 6..mainly cos of inactivity , which is hardly his fault Palmer 6..same reason as above really Fox 7....getting more confident and it shows Lees 7 Hector 7 Matias 6...Worked hard but was never a threat Hutch 7..totally dependable Bannan 7...usual Boyd 8..Thought he made some great runs second half Reach 7..much better second half Fletcher 9....tempted to give 10, bloke was excellent today Joao 7..caused problems as soon as he came on Nuhiu 6...did his job well and did some of the stuff where you dunnno whether he's getting past players accidently or deliberately

gillyno9
Fletcher took his goal well and general centre forward play was excellent. Won almost everything in the air, really lead the line well.
asteener1867
Snoots mate... any chance in the future we can include the ref in these threads...This one toaday baffled me a couple of times...not the worst this season, but just the odd instance...like the one where Boyd was kicked twice, gang raped once...and a foul was awarded to the rapist
Mike Hunt
Westwood 7 Dealt with what he had to distribution good Palmer 7.5 Had a really good game , their main threat was down his side Fox 7.5 didn't do anything wrong and did a lot right , well done Lees 7. Solid Hector 8 Much more disciplined in his defensive duties , think Brucie has spoken Matias 6...Does some good stuff but does not impact the game enough with was highlighted by Joao coming on Hutch 7.5 Very solid Bannan 7.5 Controled the middle with Hutch Boyd 7 Never stopped Reach 6 Needs to step up but centre midfield is not for him Fletcher 9 MOM , one of if not the best game he has played for us , took his goal very well Joao 7 Gave them different problems and changed the dimension of the game Nuhiu 7 Did well . mogbad
Westwood 6 - Not a lot to do but organises well. Palmer 7 - Did well, good energy but let down by his crossing. Lees 7 - More like his old self today. Hector 7 - Solid game. Fox 7 - Good game, enjoying his best spell for some time. Hutchinson 7 - Good game, seems to be playing with more discipline. Reach 5 - Largely ineffective, weak in the tackle, dropped off the last few games. Bannan 7 - Usual busy self, looked to play forward more. Boyd 7 - Grew stronger as the game progressed. Matias 6 - Good 1st half but the usual running out of energy in the 2nd. Fletcher 9 - Fantastic work rate, won just about everything in the air, brilliant goal. Joao 7 - Skillful & unselfish, the better side of Joao came out today. Nuhiu 7 - More like the player that finished last season on a high, although he looked absolutely knackered at the final whistle.

WalthamOwl
Fletcher by a mile. Also João needs to start ahead of MM, he just doesn’t offer us a great deal at all.
james o connor
Westwood n/a nowt to do Palmer 6 better than he has been lees 6 nowt to do but wasn’t as stupid in possession hector 6.5 am easy afternoon but put himself about well fox 7.5 much better without the bell ends hounding him. Solid at the back ,willing to go forward and obviously has confidence bannan 6 annoyingly obsessed with going backwards as ever but picked it up in second half reach 5 everything passes him by . Anybody daft enough to offer big money can have him Matias 4 awful Boyd 7 effort levels are brilliant . If his best years weren’t behind him he’d be an amazing player for us hutchinson 7 Good performance , marshalled well fletcher 9 won everything and a great goal . If only we had decent attsckers to win these headers joao and nuihu both made positive contributions

Hutchinson, Fox and Boyd very good too, shame Boyd's legs are going because he still busts a lung for 90 minutes, cracking work rate.
