Think theres more to management than that though mate....Its not so much talking, its how you talk...Theres a reason Agnew is under Bruce surely?

If they simply had the same philosophy, they would have the same track record wouldn't they?

Agnew said he wanted better offensive play...... but has he asked them to pass sideways to keep possession as under Carlos? Surely the players are under new orders on how to play starting with Luton last week.

I know and agree. I was thinking more about formation and line up.

Midfield has let us down today and some really poor individual performances. Hull have been closing us down so well, like a pack of rabid tigers. But we’ve had no composure under those circumstances, woeful passing, and reverted to hoofing it.

...and he’s playing an isolated player up front and a left winger who’s a right winger  with less pace than the midfield pairing ...etc etc etc ...he talks a good game but his plan today is ballllocks
