The sheer amount of players we have out of contract, what happens when Westwood, Hooper & Matias sign a pre-contract agreement with someone in the coming weeks. Or when Palmer, Boyd, Pudil, Jones and Hutchinson realise a contract isn't coming. Do they carry on giving 110%? Among them he signed people like Maguire, Snodgrass, Ince, Robertson, Brady, Clucas and they where sold for big profits. Could do with some of that here.
