Were our annual losses then in excess of £13m?

I thought Milan said it was £5m-£10m per year?

So sustainable to the Football league.

Think before Milan we were 26 million in debt and couldnt pay all are creditors. Milan did a great job but he was never going to be here for the long term.

No but the owners of TUG could open another company to purchase the ground and invest in the club

Then it wouldn't be T.U.G., would it? It would be a privately owned company held by one or more of the Chansiri family. And why the feck would they do that when there's nothing stopping them buying the grounds out of their own personal funds? The only factor emphasised here is it won't be T.U.G. company funds!

Not necessarily under revamped rules.

That's interesting - never knew there was a stage before they look at the 3 year accounts. That suggests that if you can sell the stadium for enough profit to break even/profit over two years, the 3 year test no longer applies to you?

So if our combined losses for last year and this year are projected to be <£30m, then selling the stadium for that amount would register us as profitable with the Companies House accounts, and mean FFP doesn't apply?

Or does the fact we've already entered the stage of Test 2 mean that it's too late for that?

I wish I knew accounting. Without ever having to actually learn it.

Thankfully this is true.

So no one is allowed to express an opinion on the running of a football club on a public internet forum?

of course you're allowed to comment, just as others are allowed to post an opposite opinion.

if you post things on a club supporters site that are (perhaps) opposite the owners wishes, there's a chance you can expect opposition.

Not at all

Also, it's not you that has to learn, it's DC and the pending appointment of SB alone shows he is learning

I very much doubt dc has lured bruce to s6 with the promise of 10% of the monies to spend from the sale of reach, bannan, ff, and westwood.

Trouble is they dont and these rules are in place to safeguard clubs. It was only 7 years ago we were teetering on the brink of administration.

I’m not sure P&S rules would actually prevent administration in worst case scenario of an owner effectively pulling out with 8 figure losses per year

Yeah, that helps. Just add a thousand or so other names below these and you might get a full list of owners.

Thank you very kindly.
