Next 8 league fixtures

Before Jo’s left I would be looking at those thinking we are in the pooh and will be bottom three by the end of those games. After the last three I’m thinking we could be breathing down the top six’s necks by the time it’s done.

Hull looks tricky.   Rest should be straightforward.   But this is Wednesday we're talking about.

We are capable of beating Brum 5-0 , then losing 3- 0 to Wigan.its the Wednesday way.

Brum on verge of playoffs, no easy task despite it being at home. Think only 2 of top 10 won today.

True, but they like us were restricted by EFL in terms of recruitment in the summer and have a small squad.

Reports suggested they were below par yesterday and hope they are similarly fatigued when they have to travel to us in 2 days.

Remember the 4-1 loss to Blackburn and scraping a 1-0 win v Bolton... nothing is given in this league.

Im happy to stoke the fantasy further.

The 9th game is Swansea at home. Again, very winnable.

Let's hope/dream/wish we do really well from these 9 games, closing the gap to around 6 points on 5th and 6th.....our 10th and 11th games are United and Derby.

The script is written. Are we good enough to carry it out?

Of course we are.

Bruce and Bullen’s barmy army.

So now that Hull match is out of the way, we are still 11 points behind the playoffs and its looking like season over ...but,

This next run of games can still yield a lot of wins if we can pull it round.

Gotta hope we get a win next match to get the season back on track or by the time Bruce comes in its the season already over.

Our league campaign is a complete write off. The Luton game is the most important game for us now. Hopefully we can get to the next round a put on a real giant killing against Chelsea.

After watching that today we’d be lucky to keep Chelsea under 5 goals.

We’ll do well to get past Luton anyway

The most important game for the fans maybe.... But unfortunately the coach/manager/owner will think otherwise.

Sad times.
