Jos came across (to me at least) as a knowledgeable and decent bloke so I do wonder what happened.

Heard 2 senior pros ( bannan)was one of them) told Chansiri a few weeks ago they were unhappy with Jos which most likely led to his meeting with the players

i believe Jos days were numbered from then despite a veiled attempt to support him at fans forum

Said exactly the same to a mate after I saw the squad for Preston game. You would have thought in that position he would be able to say something and try and convince Jos to liste, if he thought that strongly about it. If he couldn't you'd have to question his role and point in being there....unless he was a yes man?

It was the same when 'calamity Carlos' was here

Nothing changed week after week after week

Nobody looked like questioning his sh!te decisions and we just spiralled into oblivion because of it

If we can finally get a decent manager we can hopefully get back on track

In Bullens interview just after the sacking, he said something along the lines of "I gave my opinions on things, then at the end of the day its the manager's decision".

I interpreted that to mean that Bullen recommended to Jos that Westwood, hutch and boyed should be involved but Jos made the decision to go with the kids instead.

I got the feeling that the excluded players where too vocal and not "yes sir" people, so Jos didn't want them around.
