Simon78
Yesterdays highlight for me not the 3 points or certain players returning but Joey Pelupessy celebrating a throw in deep in our own half with an over the top fist pump. Just oozes passion that lad. 3 1

torres
To be fair i think he’s been ok recently. The effort and commitment shown, along with doing the simple pass to keep the ball moving is all what is asked of him. A few could do worse than take a leaf out of his book
William 1867
I've been one of his biggest critics since his arrival, but I thought he had a decent game yesterday.
NorfolkNChance
He did ok. Took a bit more responsibility given that he didn’t have Bannan to pass to

sonofbert2
Much more involved and composed last two weeks. Bannan makes him look much worse than he is.
SiJ
Perhaps we might see a different player if he's partnered with a Hutch? Bannan is a top player but I still think there's issues when playing him in a two. Makes the midfield quite lightweight and Joey isn't good enough to hold in a two man.
Bolsterstone Owl
11 passionate, motivated players will always do better than 11 prima donnas.
Paul..
Joey and Hutch holding, Bannan further up as AM is my wish.
MallorcaOwl
Just watched Goals on Sunday. Mick McCarthy was the guest pundit, he said that fans should celebrate what a skills a player has, and what he adds to the team. rather than critisise them for what they can't do. I tend to support that view. Joey gives a lot to us.

jonnyowl
Hutch and Pelupessy in the middle and give Bannan a free role!
SallyCinnamon
Thought he played better yesterday. Took a bit more responsibility with the ball. Can’t fault the lads passion.

If we can’t find a way to get Bannan higher up the pitch I’d cash in. You need a superhuman next to him if he’s played in a 2

They are both kidding themselves if they actually prefer to play deeper. Their biggest skill is holding onto the ball in tight areas, playing one twos and quick passes not dominating games by setting play up from deep. crookesowl
Played well. He needs to kick on now and do a bit more than just look for Bannan.

I have been very critical of him on here at times, can never fault his effort but just don't think he is good enough for top half Championship level. However, he clearly hasn't been helped by Jos's tactics which left him with too much to do too often in defensive midfield. There aren't many players who have come out of the past 12 months looking like they have consistently improved under the previous manager so he could be one to benefit from a fresh approach.
