He brushed it off and said, 'Don't worry I'm due back to play in 3 to 4 weeks!' Great news if it works out. davey_wells Posted December 22, 2018 Share Posted December 22, 2018 I know a lot of players seem to 'improve' while they are out injured, but Lee really is a class act who we have missed immensely. One of the best midfielders in the league - we've got no-one remotely like him and I've got everything crossed that he comes back and stays injury free. I'm sure he'll be offered a one-year deal if he just gets and stays fit. He may not get many other decent offers due to his history anyway. Said he'd been running & training on his own for a couple of weeks & was hoping to start ball work & training with the rest of the squad in another 2 weeks.
