Id imagine so. It was probably that before. We just need to sell players and press reset tbh. No need for him to sell. Get a manager in who knows that His job is safe even if we go down (Paul Hurst or Nathan Jones perhaps) get a footballing guy to help him and just spend the money when were able to do so again.
