Mike Ashley will be looking for a new club soon.

Thought I’d be the first to kick that one off. Can see zero hours contracts being popular with our fans

Yeah and Big Sam too - Dream Team

The problem is that it is all about the price and not the ability of the buyer to take the club forward. I have everything crossed that the club ends up in safe and confident hands, DC is doing the right thing, I wish him well in his efforts.

Don't sell up Chansiri.

Just sack Jos, sack off Doyen, admit you need help and appoint the right people.

That's all you need to do. Just the be the benefactor not the main.

Too late for that now. All water under the bridge. Last nights ridicolous comments and stuborness showed him for what he is.

Was it Paul Sturrock that said, ‘It’s a beast of a club’. I’m just picturing that posse of Portuguese gangsters in a team photo with Chansiri outside the main stand.

He came with a set amount of cash? Theres no evidence of that is there?

I’d say so yes, it’s quite clear he’s blown what he was prepared to put in so he had an amount he was prepared to spend.  He’s gambled and lost, the reason there is no long term plan is now clear, he’s wanted out for a while.

It’s just astounding for me that we’ll hound out a bloke who’s got good intentions and spent millions of pounds at the club,  let’s just hope the grass is greener on the other side eh

fizz me it cannot be any worse

Get ready for 12 months worth of tyre kickers, players sales, absent Chairman and claims from potential buyers that DC wants too much. The script is written. This will end up at places like Oldham and Morecambe with loan signings similar to the standard of Adam Bolder and Maurice Ross.

Here we go.

Then theres others that think we are a well run club in a little bit of bad luck from the evil ffp.

I'm really not buying this at all, would you rather him at the beginning of the transfer window told the football world that we are under embargo and allowed other teams to cherry pick the few decent assets we have for a pittance, we'd be in a far, far worse situation than we are now, a season ticket is a gamble whenever you buy one could I have my money back from the Premiership relegation season???

You mean the decent assets that are never picked to play ?

Are we really up for sale? Get a lot of things that Chansiri said last night were just first thing that came into his head.

I have a feeling if you asked Katrien Meire it would be the first she has heard of it.

I cannot pretend to be sorry. I have criticised DC's management many times on here. Very troubled times and may get a lot worse before we rise again, but we will.

In my view, his record now shows he shouldn't have passed the owners’ & directors’ test (formerly the fit and proper test).

Third party shady deals, financially incapable, and excluding thousands of fans doing untold long term damage,  in my opinion precludes him.

How his 3 mates on here still have the cheek to back him, is beyond me.

in general our fanbase have expected too much too soon.

You are joking me right? In general our fan base doesn’t want to be paying eye watering prices for a relegation battle.

He hasn't been driven out at all. This is a more grown up version of "it's my ball and I'm going home". Totally symptomatic of a man who blames everyone but himself for his failings.

Also, can we please stop this successful businessman malarkey, he's just a rich kid who's having a fling with his money and (sadly) has wasted it.

It's such a shame because with a bit more maturity (and a great deal more humility) on his part it could have ended so well.

Agree. Wednesday fans are more tolerant than those of virtually any other big club.

Even now there are still some supporting Chansiri when he is patently obviously way way out of his depth.

there are definitely club employees followers on here  posting bizarre defence of the indefensible  it sort of stands out   oh where's 'watson' has he been re assigned or just  got a fresh user name?

I bet Ken Bates is up for one last challenge. Wasn't he interested a few years ago ?

Either this or get a few buckets round the fans next game - a few grand should be enough to put DC out of his misery

I think Chansiri's fatal error was surrounding himself with leeches and parasites from a certain sports management company from day one. These people saw a rich man with no idea how football worked , and fleeced him .
