I think it’s clear that Jos remit is to keep us up whilst bedding in academy players and clearing out the high earners. That said there’s little in the way of a visible gameplan and the chopping and changing to find a formula seems also not to be working.

Jos is one a 1 year rolling deal - he started worked with us on the 5 January 2018 - 25 days to go

I would say move Hector alongside Pelupessy and have either Bannan or Reach behind a front two with no defensive

responsibilities at all as they are both liabilities.  It is easy to blame Jos, but he inherited an unbalanced injury prone squad,

what the fizz is he supposed to do
