Very poor. Another change of formation and a complete lack of confidence.

They are fighting for results to be fair but he should be doing better

@OWLSTALK why are threads being deleted about jos?

Clappers not happy

Maybe they want one Jos out threads rather than 50 saying the same thing.

Easier to moderate. Too

Understandable.

We were lucky to be playing Rotherham today.

Any decent side would have annihilated us.

Garbage. No plan, just lump it up to Nuhiu and hope for the best.

Chansiri needs to swallow his pride and pull the trigger. Jos is going to take us down.

I'm not a Jos fan really, and to be honest put more blame at the players door than the managers - yes he has to motivate and inspire them but they're professionals and any professionals in any business are paid to do a job they can't just down tools cos they don't like the manager. Boo hoo.

Any way the question I'd be asking myself as an owner is if I fire Jos now will I be able to get the return back on increased revenue this season through crowd increases and on the day sales. If the answer to that is no then why would he risk it? I'm not saying I advocate him staying or leaving but the financial position we're in leaves this a genuine unanswered question (by the way I don't know the answer!)

The flip side is the longer he leaves it the higher the risk gets.....

The other part of this is has DC alienated the fan base to such an extent that getting rid will have no material impact either way

One thing is for sure, if we go down (which I don't think we will still) the loss in revenue and the impact to the club will be huge

To be an owner of a football club....

Seriously, apart from Megson, Keane, Jokanovic, Big Sam, Hughes, Moyes, Bruce, Coleman, Coppell, Cotterill, who is there out there that can do a better job than Jos?

You forgot to mention :manager:

All he did all game was sit in his chair!

Today's performance would have been no different of he hadn't been there.

Had to start this thread as I could see one. Very surprising.

He has to go no matter the result. FFS we are struggling to contain Rotherham at Hillsborough.

If Jos is sacked then let’s hope DC doesn’t bring in Megson.

There is really nothing more to be said on this is there. Wednesday are a mess, Jos isnt doing it for us but many others in the squad and the boardroom are just as culpable.

Its never as clean a fix as getting a new manager. It's hard to imagine but it could actually be worse. We could be Ipswich.

I don’t think they have given up otherwise we wouldn’t have got the 2nd today. But they are disorganised and lacking confidence which Jos doesn’t inspire in anyone. It’s going to be too close for comfort on the relegation front and the longer he leaves this atmosphere stinking the place out the worse it gets.

If DC managed to get a candidate who brought club and fans together a bit more, then I think it would make a difference.

I rather go for a young up and coming manager than Megson.
