Freebie on FA Cup Final week 1966

A " Hat "

From the Express (don't ask never saw an Express in our house growing up)

I wouldn't imagine many of these are intact these days ....

Probably lit the fire the next day ....:duntmatter:

And for six proof of purchase labels

You got a team photo or a team crest ..

I had loads of these

And they covered all the divisions

I had

Grimsby

SUFC:ph34r: (basically the same badge you saw on SYPTE buses - the Sheffield coat of arms)

Coventry (the old Elephant Badge)

Liverpool

Arsenal

City

United

And many more

Big tea drinkers our family ......

Check out "Uncle Howard" on front row left ....

I remeber the Gate boozer before they knocked it down to build the new one had rosettes all around the bar,my old fella drank in there regular,he got the landlord to stick em all in a box for me when he moved out....they reaked of tobacco but I loved em there was just about every english league side in there plus a few jock sides, alas I no longer have em,got lost in one of my many marriage break ups along with boxes of old football monthlys, goal and football weeklys, they all be worth a few quid today............

Only 11 players, all wearing Black boots, a good old Brown football and a dodgy looking pitch! How refreshing, excellent, the better days of soccer.
