He will not admit he is wrong as it would mean losing face, which means more than success to people like him. If a professional footballer, being paid thousands a week to play a game needs motivation, he can have my shitty job and I'll show him just how lucky he is. My fear is he will want to sell but nobody will come near his valuation... leading to an impasse and asset stripping for him to claim any value back.
