North Stand Concourse After The Game

Recommended Posts

I didn't see the incident but I had a phone call from my grandson after the game. He saw the unfortunate aftermath of the fall and said it looked pretty serious. Here's hoping he makes a full and speedy recovery.

Just had a call from a good friend, the man's son in law

The man who had the fall is Harry Johnson , 89 years old,

He is currently in the Hallamshire, being moved to a High Intensive ward.

He has broken his jaw in 5 places, an eye socket, lost several teeth, several deep cuts and severe facial bruising too.

I speak to him most home games, he is a really nice guy and im sure we will all wish him a speedy and complete recovery

My god thats awful - wising him all the best

Get back soon Harry.

May I suggest the club put Harry and a few of his guests in a directors box with all food thrown in etc. When he's better. I'm sure he's put his fair share of cash into the club over the years.

Great PR opportunity for the Club to build bridges with the fans.

Do it SWFC.

Get well soon Harry.

89 yrs old, turning up to watch that rubbish on a cold wet Tuesday evening, a true fan.

Hope he does get a V.i.P treatment from the club, he's earned it.

Look forward to seeing photos of him being visited by the players when he's sitting up in bed.

It would be nice to think the club will do something like this , 89 years old still attending games and especially on a cold wet Tuesday night when loads like me watched it on sky .

Speedy recovery Harry and support at its very best

Exactly mate, bit of weather and the red button didn't put him off.

Respect.
