His best game in a Wednesday shirt came playing as LWB against Sunderland last season. We drew 1-1, David Jones scored a screamer. 

 

He’s fit, can go past a player, can put a cross in. Doesn’t need to make crunching tackles, just needs to get up and down the line. Has the energy to do that. He’s been a left midfielder his entire career until  Jos decided otherwise, so how on earth is he wasted on the left?

When Bannan gets forward on our attacks big H steps up into a holding midfielder then drops back in on the defence. Likewise penny gets forward Thorniley pulls further out etc etc 

Bannon pulls the strings and constantly hits the channels for reach and Fessi, Fletcher stays central and makes the penalty area his home, Matias aims his teeth at the keeper. GOOOOOAALLLLLL....

JL needs to stop tinkering with his defence and keep a settled back line for every game,im fine with resting the occasional striker/MF player especially if that players fatigued but the constant changing of the match day XI creates inconsistency,players develop and understanding through regular games together
