It's a ridiculous situation really. The club has a deal with the council whereby they pay for it to be exclusively used by the corporate people on match days. Wouldn't you need a proper address for insurance? Might be a problem for tax reminder renewel form from DVLA too. When I past in week they looked like foreign number plates on car I could see.
