The fact that Tufty has got a Sheffield United team half a division higher than it ought to be is also an important factor.

Jos will inevitably be compared to him.

And thus far, he compares unfavourably.

No he doesn't

Jos inherited a very sticky situation and the injury nightmare is still there

Lets see how your mate Tufty would cope with such a crisis

They tailed off once Coutts got injured...

Who else would you play?

Considering our injuries?

So long as Jos has installed some discipline and understanding of what he wants into them since mid-week then this is probably as strong a line up that we can field.

Apart from no Westwood, Hutchinson, Jones, Penney. Which would all make us a stronger starting 11.

True...I keep reading that they'll get found out, but how exactly do you "find out" commitment and desire. It's not tactical, it's not over reliance on 1 or 2 players you need to stop, it's focus and unfortunately it's what we lack at the moment.

He would be more use than Pelupessy and have the nouse to commit a team foul when needed. lol

Sadly he isn't

He also thinks Westwood situation is in Jos's hands

After reading yet another top class Snooty opener, I’ve been brought crashing down to earth with the realisation that we don’t have any players left other than the starting 11 today. Did try to email the club this week to register my disgust as a supporter but apparently it failed to deliver...a bit like this flippin’ team! My optimism is fading by the minute, so it’ll be a win this afternoon...nailed on. Oh what joy it is to be a Wednesdayite...same as it ever was, same as it ever was.:duntmatter:

But this is just it isn't it, we keep saying that the best line up on offer, it not we have millions of fit talent not even in the squad, stop the bill poo, tell the fans the truth then we can at least know what is going on.

Instead we get smoke and mirrors, with rumours flying around. Do other chairman in our league really run their football clubs like this?

Agree with you on Penney-maybe he is wanting away?
