I really think dropping Lees, the club captain was a very poor decision from Jos.

Wheras for me it was the right decision.

Only player that should never be dropped is Bannan.

They were overpowered on Friday. Mind you, only Lees looked in need of a rest, the rest were just beaten by a powerful big side. QPR more lightweight and Fletcher would have been more at home

This is normal with the squad we have especially with the injuries.

I struggle to see the abundance of options he is ignoring.

Not sure about options but he keeps chopping and changing the defence, shape and personnel, and it hasn't worked. Not keeping a clean sheet 14 games into a season is not normal by any standards.

Tonight we have been OK between the 2 boxes, certainly not outplayed but the front 2 have offered nothing and the defence continues to ship simple goals. On Friday he left it too late to make changes and tonight Fletcher remains sat down while Joao and Nuhiu bring an end to any promising play.

Our attack is so poor but why doesn't he change it

I don’t agree with any of that. The reason we’re losing is because of Dross’ obsession with not employing a game plan. There’s absolutely no purpose to our play. Even the games that we’ve won, there’s been no clear strategy or direction to our play.

We are being embarrassed by a team who have been in bottom six all season.

Then he should up his performance next time he gets a start.

Ruins yer confidence, makes things worse. I remember it happened to Shez once.

Static off the ball when in possession. This is very worrying as it dose not bode well and it’s no one off either

Defence doesn’t look any stronger tonight without Lees in it.

WTF is CD playing at, passing out and straight under pressure

It’s what the manager has told him to do. Jos has them trying to play in a way they are not capable of playing.

What would you do ? Pick super hooper and super Hutchinson ? Oh no wait we are stuck with useless crocks ... we literally have these players and nothing else

Work on the shape and positioning of our defence. Time and time again the space the opposition find is just getting a bit embarrassing. It's costing us big. QPR second goal saw their player have enough time to have a fag, cup of tea and chat before he placed his header past the keeper.

How the hell can you go into a game with FOUR defenders  on the bench. ?

I don’t blame the manager. He’s made 5 changes tonight in an effort to change the attitude.

Nobody seems bothered. Especially upfront. Nobody wants a shirt seemingly.

He’ll be running out of players soon.

He’s inherited some crap that’s for sure.

The managers got to take some responsibility. Expecting a defence what's not played together before to not concede, it's not going to happen. Making too many changes makes the manager as culpable as the players. Crazy management
