@owlstalk
This is from Dale Johnson (ESPN) who's took a look at FF's stats so far can we take anything meaningful from these or are there just too many variables? Owlstalk Shop
Birley Owl 1867
Clearly he is better when opposition defences are tiring. Although one of those draws should have been a victory.
TrueOwl
We probably tend to start Fernando in the harder games
Dronfield Blue
Lies, damned lies and statistics. Not my quote, Benjamin Disraeli's. Interesting stat though.

Record when he starts: LDLLDD Record when he doesn't start: WWWDLWW And record when he has come off the bench: WWW (each winning positions) Why not look at his full record or does that get in the way of trying to snare the punters.

All I've done is taken Dale Johnson's tweet and posted it for debate mate Owlstalk Shop
Guest Grez Bez
Pretty daft set of 'stats' given the teams he has started against

Yeah it's been quiet on here so a negative thread on FF whilst starting a positive thread on Big Dave should liven things up Edited October 10, 2018 by full fathom five 1

@owlstalk
Think these are the stats for his home v away performances Home: 24 goals and 8 assists in 47 games Away: 11 goals and 3 assists in 48 games (Champ only) He definitely loves the big games at S6 that's for sure! Flat Owl
Watford ended up playing him in similar way...off the bench to devastating effect. He then got fed up of being a sub and then joined us to play football for 90 minutes. Bit of deja bu for FF I suspect and it will be only a matter of time before he gets fed up again if he doesn't get the game time he came here for. I think Jos will develop him into more of a full game player though I am feeling positive about FF and Jos working together based on what we've seen to date Owlstalk Shop

Unless we get Lee back or an equal or even get Onomah up to speed and relieve Bannan of his defence outball quarterback duties then he is and we are in for a wait.
