Clean sheets don't mean anything if we score 1 more than the opposition. Let's win 5-4. Give the coaches something to lose sleep about. Yeah like when we played 6-4-0 away at Millwall last season and lost.
Guest The Horse
Sigh... And this is why The Blunts are above us. They set out to win games. We set up not to lose. Hope someone can repost this in a few hours to shove it down my throat.
WindygrOWLer
Genuinely can't work out what formation he's playing today? If it's 5-3-2 who's playing alongside Fletcher? And is Penney or Hector in midfield? Maybe Jos has a cunning plan.....
Mr. Tom
Does Hector have the distribution for DM? Great tackler/spoiler but at times against WBA he honestly kicked like one of the fat dads in penny loafers playing the half-time open-goal challenge on a wet Wednesday night. Guest Kagoshimaowl
Strange team again. Hard to get behind Jos when he keeps picking what the majority of fans feel is the wrong side. Anyway, looking at the team I think maybe Hector will be in the Pelupessy role and Reach will be playing just off of Fletcher.

You can't keep switching formations etc as much as jos is doing and build an identity to the team. Bingo. We have a winner.
debram
Ff must be gutted, we need to win, play our stronges attacking side, no game after this for nearly 2 weeks, no one needs resting, this rotation is a pain
Ibbo48
Back in the 60s we played the same 11 week in week out and weren’t too shabby. All this rotation does my head in. The modern game is just pants.

Been our best player last few games".....What from the stands....and this is why we will let Jos stick to picking the team, at least he knows when players have actially played.... Are we actually certain the manager actually picks the team?

HirstWhoScoredIt
Wilder has just played the same starting XI for the fourth match in a row. consistency of selection breeds consistency of performance
SiJ
Pretty sure one of the defenders will be playing holding/sweeping in front of the back four. Bit surprised that he's dropped Nando to the bench, but then Nando often plays one game and is on the bench for the next.

Mr. Tom
Just now, A12owl said: Disagree with some of that Mr T. FF played well for 90 + minutes. Should definately start. Fletch the best of our "Lone Ranger's" Still trust Jos to get it right. Fair play! Like Fletcher a lot and he is good at winning lots of 50-50s as a lone striker, I fully agree - he just always seems to play that role with his back to goal about 35 yards out, and we often don’t push anyone else up enough to benefit from his endeavours. Hopefully we do today. Thought FF drifted in and out against WBA, but then the whole team did second half. Certainly no lack of effort from him. Just think if it had to be him or Reach, I’d stick with Reach today. If we needed to drop another from midfield to fit him in, we’d look terribly lightweight without Joey. Onomah earned his place for sure.
