theowlsman
Looks a tremendous prospect. Could do without him farting about with the ball and getting caught in possession though, which has happened on a few occasions.

He's got a bit of flair about him though- shouldn't be looking to take that out of him. He'll learn from his mistakes and be a better player for it.
vulva
Whatever happens let’s hope he gets better career advice than Hirst. Currently losing 3-0 and adrift at the bottom. Relegation will see Leuvan in a league where they play 8 a side with subs running the line.

No he wasn't but he's shown what some have been saying a while now i.e. he just makes stuff up as he goes along basing his facts on bits and bats picked up/made up along the way mixed with shitloads of imagination. sherlyegg
Mm, my guess is Doyen are advising him to sign FA yet, and in the meantime finding a club willing to take a chance. Come January, right we want 20/30k per week...other clubs are interested blah blah. So the chairman is left with two options, whatever he decides he will get the blame if he goes. If he stays wtf you paying him that much for, we are up to our guts with ffp rules. And of course if he does go we won't get big bucks. Contrary to popular belief it aint reyt easy being a football club chairman. Don't know what we are paying Joao who is with the same agent but I think they have a different type of contract with Joao

@owlstalk
Not sure why people are chucking in conspiracy theories on this one There's absolutely no chance Penney won't sign a new contract here Owlstalk Shop
Bluesteel
I think he will sign a new deal here. It makes sense. I also wonder that if/when Reach moves on for big bucks he might be a ready made replacement further up the pitch. Similar build and seems to be at his best when in full flow running with the ball. I think your right on the reach comparison ….like reach I don't see penney as a wing back he's far more proactive rather than defensively minded . to pin the defensive duties on ether of them takes away from there strengths .
