VBQ24
There's currently a thread on the Championship fans Facebook group asking people to name their club's greatest moment. Obviously Forest and Villa have the European Cup, but what would ours be?

HIGHERSTATE
Prob Wad scoring against the scrubbers as we were just sitting down at Wembly My favourites Hooper scoring vs Cardiff to get us into the play offs Antonio scoring vs Carlise and turning around the future of our club in a split second The fourth goal going in vs Blackburn away league cup semi 1993..and disbelieving what we were seeing Talbot confirming our promotion at the Millennium Stadium Keiran Lee scoring vs Bristol City Chris Maguire scoring last minute vs Barnsley
quinnssweetshop
Given the question, we could go back to the 30's etc. but we have to look at the modern game. Given I'm now 53 it saddens me that all we have is one Trophy - So it has to be that for me. SHERIDANNNNNNN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hirstys_achilles
91 Rumbelows. Beating Man utd. Its a real shame the arse were our opponents in both finals few seasons later, any other team we could have beaten with team we had, the semi win did cushion the disappointment a little. Still hurts

Some thing the blunts haven't done in living memory. Imagine grandfather, father and son seeing them win f**k all yet trying to lord it over us. torryowl
to win the league by the record margin of 10 points in 1929-30 as to be our greatest achievement ….it's quite feasible that we would have been the best club side in the world .
The only way is S6
91 cup final win Beating the pigs at Wembley BDM is probably a more local thing, but still a great moment in our club's history.
S36 OWL
The "mind the gap " season has to be up there purely because of how stupid those pig fans looked after all their bragging.
Doctor Duran
'91 Dink. 92/93 Season or when we was within a sniff of the title.. Pigs Semi / Waddles goal Play-off final at Cardiff.. what a day out Kaiserslaughten at home.. atmosphere alone BDM Wycombe at home was good. Best Moment in my lifetime - '91 final beating Man Utd. matthefish2002
Slightly frustrating that similar size clubs like Derby, Forest and Villa have all won the league plus for European Cups in last 50 years. But beating Manchester United in a major cup final at Wembley is nothing to be sniffed at.

I didnt know this. Im guesing this would have been even more impressive when you take into consideration that it was only 2 points for a win back then.
