In three attempts of getting to the Premier, he made the play offs twice, that's not bad by anyone standards.  Add to that he had no experience of the Championship, hardly makes him inept.   If he had stuck to his guns and played the same system he used in his first season and had DC had bought more quality in defence, then I think it's reasonable to believe that CC could/should have made the Premier in his second season.

His biggest failing was getting his seasons in the wrong order if season three had been season one and vice versa then he would have been seen as progressing the club.

Should we hit a bad patch under Jos the calls for his removal will be deafening and he won't ever be rid of those criticising him.  Fans do not give managers time to build nowadays the need for instant success is paramount.

I hope Jos is given time to build, DC and Jos are taking a more pragmatic approach and the early signs are encouraging but if we are not near the play off places come Christmas the pressure from some of the fans will be very demanding.

Yes CC made mistakes as all managers do but for me, it was an exciting time to watch Wednesday the football in the first season was the best since we left the Premier and we saw some cracking games.

Anyway, I'll shut up now.  I can feel I'm gonna get a good kicking.  lol

You shouldn't worry about the fans - we've got a ridiculously stubborn owner in DC, and whilst ever JL is able to show him that things are moving forward then he won't be sacking him.

This is why he's a con artist in my view.

Trys to blag everyone he's great, and when he foooks up yet another club, it's always someone elses fault.

Slimy toad.

Isn't that the same for every manager?  Not many managers put their hand up and admit it was their fault when they get relegated.

You usually get collective accountability.

Words like in the end WE weren’t good enough.

Carlos blamed previous management at Swansea for not getting enough points before he took over. Despite getting them to 13th with about 8 games to go. Having 4 points and a game in hand over Southampton and only getting 3 points from the last 9 games.

Wasn’t his fault though....

Clueless con man takes it to a whole new level.

Both in terms of how much of a mess he leaves his clubs and how good he portrays himself.

Snake. His next club will be his boyhood dream again no doubt.

He’s loving having his ego stroked by that Scottish brown noser Jim White.

He had a couple of good seasons but I wonder what Stuart Gray would have achieved with that budget.

It's like the biggest job hunting advert of all time this already and so many sycophantic comments

Carlos says he would have kept Swansea up with ease if he'd have been appointed a month earlier

Jim White is the most sycophantic presenter I've ever heard. If he was interviewing Hitler he'd still be kissing ass and calling him my friend. Does my nut in.
