Some severe quality issues, especially in defence. Id say our squad quality is something like:- Defensively incl keeper - 6/10 Midfield If Bannan playing - 7/10 Attack - 9/10 But, I think Jos has brought much needed sound man-management and resilience. Seems to be focusing on our self-confidence now. We will not be great, but I genuinely feel we can punch above our weight thanks to really sound management. JP tries hard but ultimately he is league 1 standard, people say he does things no one notices, but I do notice his misplaced passes etc, so hopefully the new lads can come in and do the stuff 'no one notices' and the stuff we do notice a lot better. Pelupessy is the type of player you all wish wasn't in your team because you think he ain't good enough. then it's not till he is missing will you realise just how good he is.
