'i dont wear red'

Great thread and just about tick every box on the list. My Mrs never really bought the kids red clothes either when they were younger.

When it comes to cars though I don't do blue either. That probably has more to the fact i once "parked" my blue Ford Escort into the back of a lorry outside Chaucer.

And I don't wear blue pants on home match days as even I would admit is a bizarre superstition

My kids had to wear something red for a non-uniform day for comic relief a couple of years ago.

Sent them both to school in matching blue Wednesday training tops and told them to tell their teachers that we didn't wear red in our house.

The school never said a word about it.lol

I did the same on red nose day, my daughter had to wear something red in her hair. She opted for a blue wig off ebay garymegson Extra pocket money given

I don’t wear red because:

- There is no better colour than blue.

- My brains associates the colour red with ‘anger’

- Which in turn reminds me of how generally angry ‘da blades’ are and how I don’t want to be like one those gimps.

Spoken like a true Red head!!!garymegson

our lunch time chat today at work was Rivals in football

my employee supports man city and he was saying that he refuses to wear anything red because its what man Utd wear

this hot me thinking, does anyone on here go to that extreme over the pigs or Leeds etc

I don't even own pair of red socks!!

If I get any socks or boxers at xmas (standard for 99.9%of people) and there is a red pair in the set...they go straight in the bin!!!!

Never wear red, there is generally always a Blue theme with clothes, cars etc.

An Everton Fan I work with ordered a car at the same time as me, but went for Red, with Red Leather seats?  He couldn't grasp why I'd never entertain this and what the issue were.  It's not like he's an out of towner either, he's lived in Liverpool all his life.

Girl I know is a big Everton fan as her dad is one and her middle name is Blue.
