Steve and Steve pass on the information to Steve...and Steve gives feedback to Steve and Steve... Steve and Steve then act upon the feedback given by Steve..Then Steve looks at the result of the feedback Steve and Steve have given to Steve... Theres no point overcomplicating it.......................... Informed is one thing, suggesting a player is moved on in January without the new gaffer seeing him in the flesh is unlikely imo. Also, SB (!) won't bring anyone in, unless he's sure he's better than what we have.

Also, wouldn’t that have been a risky strategy Suppose, results hadn’t been so positive since the deal for Bruce was agreed, we could easily have found ourselves in the relegation zone
modboy
No point signing players unless there's a possibility of them being here next season, bar perhaps replacing onomah (sp.) Edited January 21, 2019 by modboy

The only genuine world class player England have produced in 20 years and he gets all kinds of abuse. Good player but a tw@t imo of course. I can see why you might feel like that, however I believe we have to sort out a way of playing. If we need to bring in a couple of players to allow us to play the way Bruce wants us to play, then I’d rather us do that, even if that means bringing in a couple of players who might not be with us next season. Of course, it would be better if the players we bring in, could be back again next season, but not crucial
ozzieowl
So we’ve had 70 pages worth of rumours so far!!! supposedly linked with Kebano Ambrose Milosevic yet signed no one. Dont think any of these gone anywhere else as yet, only maybe latter on trial at Wigan. So may still sign any of them. Hopefully lots work behind scenes getting right players in who can improve squad. Brucie must be one WhatsApp to his contacts

At one time he was the best left back in the whole world. Never got the foreign plaudits though cos he as English.

He's been wildly overrated since he retired. He's behind Gerrard and Lampard for best English midfielder of that generation.
