Newcastle have the Sir John Hall stand.

Watford have the sir Elton John stand

Man U have the Fergie stand

.....

So, if we were going to honour a Wednesday great, who is the most deserving... And which stand should they have.

(They have to be related to the club obviously.... Cough pigs!!!).

Sgt Wilko?

'Sir' Jack Charlton.

Do you not think Howard Wilkinson deserves it?

Supported, played for, managed and was chairman of Sheffield Wednesday and was then instrumental in rescuing us from the brink.

No I don't perhaps he should get one at Elland Road instead.

Ok, fair enough. Just think almost a lifetime of service to the club deserves recognition. Each to their own.

Yes mate i agree each to their own. Please don't misunderstand me Howard was a very good manager for us and of course he has been involved at lots of different levels. I personally have always thought that he should be a lifetime member of the board.

But ultimately in his time at Hillsborough we won nothing. That certainly was not all Howards fault but it is still a fact.

Eric Taylor?

Derek Dooley?

Ron Springett?

Alan Harper?

Eric Taylor a lifetimes service, no one can question his dedication but when he started we were recent league champions, when he retired we were on our way to the third division. Sadly its a fact that he oversaw the decline of Wednesday and must accept some responsibility for it.

Derek Dooley great player a great shame about he accident, not a good manager, last job Sheffield United chairman, never won anything at Hillsborough.

Ron Springett great player one of our very best but never won anything at Hillsborough.

Alan Harper lol

why not lol

Not everything in life is about what a person has won. In my opinion hard work, commitment and loyalty are worth a lot more.

If a person wins a few trophies and leagues but f*cks off when things get tough and couldn’t give 2 shiny sh*tes about us, should he qualify over someone like Howard?

As mentioned I have a lot of respect for Howard.

But actually in your own words he did f@#k off to Leeds United

American “legend” Kanye West has a daughter named North.

Thats not a joke.... his child is actually called North West

im thinking we can tap him up for a few million, clear FFP and dedicate the ‘corner’ to him & his daughter

no one else uses it, so let’s pimp it out
