Lord, Please can you answer me a simple factual question? With just a two word answer (forename/surname).

Who was the Top Scorer  For SWFC in our 2015/16, 2016/17 Play Off Seasons.

Fernando Forestieri

Crikey. I'd have thought you'd have known that zedders!

If I’d been picking the team and he was fit then yeah, I wouldn’t have dropped him as I don’t think he deserved it. Therefore I wouldn’t have to drop anyone against Stoke.

Haha Brilliant answer. Are you an MP?

Dont cheat...

We are where we are. Won the last 3.

Would you drop someone for Stoke?

Me Paxman - you Howard.

If anything, we have shown we can survive in the league without several star players...I know thats no reason to be jumpin' throuygh hoops, but it has certainly settled my mind a bit, cos I honestly feared the worst.

Good enough to go up?...I still doubt that, but reasons for optimism regarding the "Serious trouble" that was threatened next season, cos the "Kids" are showing they can actually cope...

I nearly ended up going to Bolton on a free because of you.

We know FF has ability but it seems JL is looking for team work and team effort and doesn't want this tainted by individuals.

Yes he can turn a game but the team need to develop as a unit so not rely on mavricks.

Sensible approach I feel...

So why didn't we sell him

I think it’s a fair answer really as in hindsight he’d be in the team and wouldn’t need to be re added.

In terms of picking a team for Stoke based on now, on the one hand Matias might be deserving of a spot due to the three wins but I’d be tempted to put someone more creative in the side at home against a team with quality players. As long as it’s explained as tactical then anyone who’s dropped would need to understand that. After all, Matias has worked hard but he’s missed some good chances, it’s not an issue of favourites only.

It will be interesting to see if the new loan players are on the bench or not.
