a new system should be started with all players represented by a rep from the PFA

What would we call these 'reps' maybe we could call them 'agents'?

And how would the PFA manage these, maybe they would have them register and pass a fit and proper persons test?

Doesn't seem like you know what you're talking about really, or do you :duntmatter:

That’s completely different. Bannan was offered a bag of midget gems and took offence. Also refused to be an elf at the kids Christmas party and human cannonball at next year’s Owls in the Park.

Bannan will end up signing.

Maybe becouse of financial restraints we found out that we couldn't actually offer the lad the  contract after we had offered him it, or maybe he was after a better deal than weather we wanted to or not , due to the Ffp we couldn't offer more. Theres always two sides to a story and as we know we as we fans don't always get  the full facts. There's also the thoughts of him being all Billy big balls and wanting a big contract, the fact is only the club and him really know.

I think he been very badly represented and got injured at a very unfortunate time. Any agent worth his salt would have told clare to sign contract as soon as he injured. Now he without a club and not fit enough for trials etc. His age and experience has put him in a very nerve wracking situation and will probably be lucky to get in a team anywhere near swfc status now. Got to feel sorry for guy. Young lad chasing a dream, badly advised . Possible health insurance only while signed up as why would anyone buy a second lot of health insurance so every chance he subsidising his own rehab. If not medical bills deffo paying fitness trainer / rehab physio to try and keep fit as poss without affecting injury and build up strength around problem area. Footballers reject contracts all time and don't get flack for it. I really hope he has seen sense and realised his agent has not put his best interests first and got a new agent. I would be at JL office begging for a contract. Not a chance clare will get offered anywhere near what he turned down in June. Shocking really his representation.
