At half time I saw him get involved with the kids who were playing in the 5-a-side game on the pitch.

Probably not part of the official half-time protocol but positive all the same. Make of that what you will.......

He's engineering a move to Hillsborough Hornets?

FFS!

It's Hillsborough Puma's at that level!

and I have it on good authority that he wouldn't entertain playing for them but is prepared to go on strike until he gets a move to Ecclesfield Red Rose A!

Two wins in the space of three days doesn’t do anything to prove that theory.

Luhukay has been brave this week...he was angry post Brentford and felt he had to make a statement. And it seems Forestieri, Hutchinson & Pudil were the senior players who took the flak.

I’ve no issue with it. Players need to know they need to perform, or at the very least, put a shift in. It’ll do none of those players any harm to sit out a couple matches and realise the team can go on without them.

Forestieri will have a huge part to play still...but it might just be a shot in the arm he requires. Luhukay won’t accept passengers or luxuries. It’s the team over individuals. And reputation, salary or fans favourites won’t make a jot of difference.

Good on him.

Forestieris goals per game tally does though, he’s our best player along with Joao.

Fernando hasn’t been a passenger this season and has impacted every game including today for the better. I don’t think it would be two wins without him.

Matias was likely rewarded for a good game in midweek and I generally agree with the idea of no favourites. But for me if FF is fit and on form as he has been he should be playing.

I saw something a couple of years ago that all this warming up and warming down has no effect on players. Young fit men are more than capable of playing football from a standing start without all this bother.

Just saying like.

That is rubbish!

From where I was sitting today in the south towards the kop it seemed as though Lee Bullen had to make Fessi put his hi viz thingy on and then pushed him in the back with both hands to get him to warm up on the touchline before he came on.

Hope i saw this all wrong but just wondered if anyone else saw the same?

Saw exactly the same thing. Fessi had been warming up only minutes before. Bullen made him get back up again because he was coming on.

Wrong again Watson, we beat the arse the other year because a couple of their players didn't do the necessary.

Players shouldn't be happy when there not playing , players should want to leave us to play in the premier league. As long they give 100% when they pull on the blue and white I have no problem. FF is a great player who should be playing but as long as where winning why moan.
