Mick McCarthy

At least he would put some fight in the team and have an idea what to do

I’d love to see an experienced Championship manager in charge at Hillsborough but it really is a waste of time suggesting names like McCarthy as if Jos was to go Chansiri would only go and get some random manager from the continent who’s been out of work a few years anyway.

The same Mick McCarthy that Luhukay got more points than last season despite an unprecedented injury crisis?

Guaranteed success.

Afraid DC will dig his heels in here

we do need someone in to steady the ship and MM is certainly that.

Its just a mess currently.

Let's replace one defensive boring manager.

With another.

Brilliant.

Just a brilliant shout.

Wow.

Would be a yes from me, but don't think DC will be making a change. Doesn't like to replace managers

He said himself he needed more money to succeed at Ipswich. It'll be the exact same situation with us.

Maybe, just maybe, it might actually be our players and not the manager.

Just a thought...

No guarantee of success, but an experienced manager with masses of  knowledge of the Championship should give you a better chance than a manager who has limited knowledge at this level, and was unemployed for a few years prior to this gig.

Jos did exceptionally well at the back end of last season, but his record before that was pretty awful and this season hasn’t exactly started off well.

Cliche bingo HOUSE !

I'm keeping Luhukay in a job.

OOOOOKKKKAAAAYYYYY.

5 of our 7 substitutes were youths, there were another 3 in the starting line-up. You reckon that's conducive to promotion at this level?

Promotion !!!...don’t even mention it ....relegation struggle all season...but like you’ve told me before...British managers aren’t any better are they ??

I wouldnt exactly be impressed with McCarthy but he would probably produce a 12th-18th placed finish.

Jos on the other hand is staggeringly out of his depth. Relegation fight guaranteed if he stays and I think he will as we can’t afford to pay him off.

He’s Alan Irvine bad
