OFFICIAL #SWFC STATEMENT REGARDING EMBARGO

Recommended Posts

Its sh!t or bust time people we either invest in the team now knowing its the last chance we will be able to do for the next 3 years or we carry on not spending and just hope for the best and still be in a very negative position next year and not able to sign anyone....

I know what i would do

I doubt we’ll be free to do that. We’d get embargoed again before registering a player. We will probably need to ratify each signing with them.

Sheffield Wednesday are pleased to inform supporters that the current transfer embargo imposed by the EFL has been lifted with immediate effect.

The club has worked diligently alongside the EFL in a bid to ensure compliance with Profitability and Sustainability regulations.

We would like to place on record our thanks to the EFL Executive for the support and guidance given to Sheffield Wednesday surrounding this issue.

We would also like to further thank the EFL for the amortisation of the Albert Quixall transfer fee which equates to $140M additional notional income.

Thanks to our loyal fans for their continued support as we move forward together on and off the pitch.

17 pages in and I’m will belch a pointless belch.

FFP IS A flipping ANTI-COMPETITIVE DISAGRACE THAT SHOULD BE CHALLENGED AS A DE FACTO CARTEL. ANYONE WHO IS IN FAVOUR OF FFP IS A PIG DOG WHO NEEDS TO BE CAST-OUT INTO THE SOCIALIST HELLSCAPE THEY TRY TO IMPOSE ON THE RIGHTEOUS.
