Ball goes forward and Palmer is just walking past the half way line. Crossing terrible - left foot effort in the second half was embarrassing. Late in second half when Sunderland took a throw in and Gooch? just turned around him and broke free into the box. Palmer had his hands all over him until it got to the box. I don't think he is suited to the wing-back position and would be more suited in a back 4. Saying that I would say he was the 2nd best performer of our 5 defenders tonight, about a 6 out of 10. I don't know about you personally but some have. I agree with you he is more suited to RB than RWB. And I'd still get a new wing back with pace if we can.
