Hope they’re not just repeating what they’ve been told by the club

Like everybody on here you mean?

Surely if the pundits on sky know something then something has been leaked out but of course we will be the last to know.

We so badly need some positive news to come our way.

As a matter of interest how long were Birmingham under an embargo?

It was said very confidently that is for certain, DC as been in constant contact with the EFL as we know from the Fans Forum, its likely  what got us put on an embargo revolved around ELEV8 and D taxis so either a 3rd party as bought these and this removed the link to the club or something else as come up.

Either way its good news... lets get the players signed up as we if the likes of Bannan and other leave it needs to be on our terms and also get some decent loans in.

It’s Sky FFS. They get loads of 5h1t wrong.

yer they do , they said many times tonight we have a massive squad , we actually have a very small squad , and we are having to use several youngsters due to that. even jos says we have a small squad . its not 2016/17 sky do your homework .

I'm utterly baffled now.

We have been under embargo since March...was that to stop us buying anyone before the window closed.

What have we done to get it lifted, sold 50,000 membership cards, sold someone and don't know who yet.

So we go £13M over the FFP rules and get embargoed for a couple of months in real terms.

Seems a great deal, go for it again

lol

Sure we'll find out shortly then.

A result at Brentford, positive embargo news followed by extended contracts for Bannan, Joao  and a couple of new faces would give everyone a huge lift going into two winnable home games and potentially set up a much more positive outlook for the season.
