Sit in a dark room feeling glum because his injuries are preventing him from playing for us? Get real. Im pretty sure it’s not his fault that he’s injured all the time, so if you’re going to blame anyone, blame the club for either not doing their due diligence, or doing it and accepting the risk that he could have these injuries. Indeed. I’m sure there are some footballers who were/are out to fleece the game - I don’t believe Abdi to be one of them. Just searched his insta and his last pic was from 19th July of him and his missus in the sea somewhere like Maldives where he wishes her a happy birthday and says finally he can be with her.
