So someone comes at you head on, on a narrow road made narrower by inconsiderate parking on the opposite side of the road, what should you do?

Anticipate and leave space for the oncoming car without the need to "swerve"

Oh dear oh dear.  There obviously wasn't room because she damaged the wheel of her car. Not rocket science is it.
