He’s basically said Hooper has the injury we’ve all known he’s had since Christmas and that because he’s gone to Spain it must be because he’s had a setback. He’s not quoted any actual concrete source for that being fact. Like people have said in the other thread, he went to the same clinic this time last July but still started the first game of the season. His record at staying fit over career is poor and to keep breaking down at point when nearing first team is not good. He will be getting close to medical retirement with this type of problem. For those who said sell him it is unlikely anyone will entertain a player with this sort of problem except on pay as you play basis.
