Rhodes looked set to travel to Carrow Road to complete a season long-loan move. However, The Star understands the deal was called off at the eleventh hour after talks broke down between Wednesday and Norwich. The two clubs could not reach an agreement on Rhodes' financial package and it remains to be seen whether the transfer can be resurrected.
