You dont have to pay £99 if you dont want too....but it brings extra finances into the club if you do.

I think its a good business strategy.

You do have to pay £99 if you want one tomorrow.

Errr you dont have to pay £99 if you dont want too......pretty obvious statement that you dont get a shirt....

Then there is the cheaper shirt you can buy if you do...

Not rocket science..

You’re right

everyone should stop whinging and simply get the £59 one tomorrow

The way the statement reads from the club - the only shirts available tomorrow will be infants up to 4 years old, and ladies - pricing from £35 to £59

And if you dont fit that demographic your only option is the £99

It could just be a badly worded statement

So only the £99 one is on sale tomorrow? The cheaper one is only for kids and women right?

Infants shirts up to four years and the ladies version can be purchased on Sunday to mark our family fun event, with prices ranging from £35 to £59.

The limited edition Pro-Fit shirt, as worn by the players during the photo shoot at Hillsborough on Friday, will be available for a one-off price of £99 at the Megastore.

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t it made “in-house” to reduce costs?

Therefore as it’s cheaper to produce they’d be able to sell it cheaper - even if it’s just a sign of goodwill after last years absolute disaster

Instead they’ve decided that even the “second class” version is £60

Personally I think this is pretty poor form

The £99 is the version players will be wearing the £59 is the usual replica shirt that all clubs do.

Prices are what they are £10 too expensive for the standard one imo but they are the prices unfortunately.

Who it's made by makes not a jot of difference unless your under 16.

Not to reduce costs, but increase profit per unit. Subtley different.

Made in house to make more profit per kit, not costs for the fans.
