Pre Season Friendly Announced.

Recommended Posts

It'll be a good test against a team with an extremely high level of fitness if nothing else

Colin was on the radio yesterday saying that the problem with preseason in places like Spain and Portugal is daft as it sounds the weather. He was saying its difficult to train properly when the temperature is 30 degrees plus. Kind of makes sense. He always does preseason in Cornwall so he can stay at home.

lol

Pig fan telling me this morning that they're going to Portugal for pre season.

Reckons they'll take at least a couple of hundred for any friendlies. :tango:

Love that.

i assume it'll be an increased allocation for us being a friendly?

I very much doubt that if the police have anything to do with it

Sure we took 500-1k for the Sporting lisbon friendly. Definitely looked busy in the Away end

You'll be able to watch the game from the top of Norton water tower.

Good fixture that, good ground (saw them play Bristol Rovers there in the National League a few years ago) in a cracking town with a good standard of opposition. Also gives Katrien the chance to get Danny Cowley on standby in case she decides Jos isn't up to it  :CEO:

Good tidy ground and fairly easy access..
