Rogers
These threads are generally enjoyable; so I thought I’d post this step back in time reminder of a great away day! The day we cut a decent West Ham team apart We used to have some decent away results in London back in the day, apart from Arsenal! 1
PortlandOwl
Don't recall that match but what a player Carbone was!!
gypsyowl
Remember this very well, just think what we could have done that season if we kept big Ron
Mr. Tom
Some good players in that West Ham side an' all - not least Lampard. Carbone unplayable on his day; Alexandersson among our most underrated players of the last 30 years IMO, too.
Miffed
The most bizarre thing about that video is Andy Hinchcliffes scoring his 3rd goal of the season. I cant even remember him playing 3 games in as a season

Prutton Away
Looked like West Ham had Ruddock and Dicks playing that day....... Edited May 5, 2018 by Prutton Away
RUMBELOWS91
I was there. Wim Jonk absolutely ran the show if I remember it correctly, and Rio Ferdinand must have hit half a dozen Hollywood balls straight into the crowd.
Ever the pessimist
Did they not give Joe Cole his debut, brought him on for second half in attempt to lift the crowd but they were beyond hope.
The only way is S6
Wasn't at that one. Remember another one though, when Jemson scored our winner with last kick of the game. Proper frenzy in that crap away corner with all the fences up.
vulva
I went to this. 2 lads behind me were giving Humphries dogs abuse all match, until he scored. And then his Dad who was sat next to me (no idea until that point) turned round and threatened to bite their nose off.
SiJ
Wasn't this just after we'd sold them Di Canio?

This game was 16th January; Di Canio signee for them in Jan, but not sure of the date. He he was banned for 11 games in September; so probably wasn’t banned. I’m sure he would have scored if he had played against us!
