Ever the pessimist
The way he was beating the turf immediately afterwards suggests he knows it’s a bad one.
legendaryswan
Yeah it looked bad,was he getting air? Saw the medics get a mask out of the bag,hes been in the wars this week. NorfolkNChance
As I said last week possibly the most subbed right back in the worldwide game today. Which is a shame because as a wing back he’s looked decent. Who comes in now? Palmer ......shudders
Jon Newsome
Palmer in for the final two games then, I'd like us to try and sign a new right back in the summer who's going to push Hunt a bit more as Palmer isn't good enough.
swfc4_sufc0
He wouldn't have been allowed to walk off with a really bad knee injury. It actually looked like an ankle injury from the stand?
Costello 77
Palmer needs to find a bit of belief in himself.... there's a steady player in there somewhere.... maybe a life changing ballacking from hell would perk him up?
I'm an Essex Owl
Shame for Jack. Had a decent first half. Haven't we got any of the youngsters who play right back though rather than Palmer?

Palmer's potentially steady midfielder. Never been a back 4 (or 5) player. I haven't seen him tackle or head a ball this year, no hyperbole. He's perfectly decent on the ball (as long as he doesn't end up in the nosebleed positions up top, then it all goes blurry for a minute).

He needs to get fitter and more focused. Someone needs to light a fire under his backside... he's at a crossroads imo.

He's no more a wingback than Boyd is IMO
