I used to really slate Harry Maguire but he's come on so much since he went to Hull last season. His passing ability is fantastic and he's pretty solid most of the time. England have a lot worse centre backs at bigger clubs (Smalling + Stones). I Won't be surprised if he started for England at the world cup. I think Lees is a good CB but for me he has been inconsistent at times and still needs someone half decent next to him to have a good game. Simple answer no - Maguire has played a few season in the top flight, played for England and though he has no pace is English so that ups his price in the current market. You could probably pick the same player up abroad for £10m. But this is the virtue of if you lose youth players to make other teams, sure you have a sell on clause eg.
