So Jos in or out at the end of the season??

We saw when Stuart Gray came in that you don't have to have world beaters to organise a team.  But I've seen enough now to feel that he's not the future.  He's done an OK job stabilising a sinking ship, but games like tonight and a few others just make me feel like he's not right for the job.

Just not bothered...

Still undecided but agree with this. Done ok, but is ok enough?
