Sunderland in the home end?

Recommended Posts

Hi all

So I'd looked at away fixtures early on in season and thought this would be a good away game, so like many, I'm gutted we sold out before I got tickets.

So anyone else tempted or going in the Sunderland end? Has anyone done this before? Is it a risk in terms of being able to get a ticket or would I get one easily enough for me and my 10 year old?

Any experience of this before? any tips or advise to not bother?

Been in with home fans loads of times

Sometimes you can get away with being an obvious away fan and not be bothered

I'd say the toxic atmosphere at sunderland would not lend itself to making it known you are following Wednesday

You can definitely get away with it with no problems by being sensible

I’d agree with all of this.

8/10 you’d be fine, me personally, given the state that they are in, Id probably be giving this one a miss if I had a 10yr old in tow.

Be hard not to celebrate when we score and that may not go down well given the position they are in, would you really enjoy the occasion given the circumstances, if you're intent on going stay away from their kop and you should be ok imo.
