Idea To Boost #SWFC Attendances

I think we established during the play offs last season that the actual number of home tickets available is less than 31,000 assuming we can restrict away supporters to around 2k in the Upper Lep

Average number of home fans this season, around 24k based on typical away support?

We should be able to attract another 5k floating support with a combination of decent form/entertainment and competitive pricing for POTG

sure we can restrict the away support to 2000 but we still cant sell the empty seats in the lepp ,they just stay empty without the say so of SAG / SYP .

3x Game Ticket Voucher. £90.

5x Game Ticket Voucher. £150.

Know exactly what you're paying. Get to the games you're able to get too.

Only available to buy in the Pre Season, so Chansiri can still get some income when we're not playing.

Redeem your ticket in the club shop, once tickets are available for the fixture you've chosen.

For any stand?

Why not pay £30 for a win and £20 for a draw on the way out. That way you are certain the club are doing all they can to perform

Now that's a great idea! It's like that hotel thingy that's on the box where they pay what they think it's worth based on the experience!

Pay on exit...You take your chance.....

Home win £35

Draw £25

Lose...."Every f.ooker gets out for nowt and season ticket holders get a £10 refund"

It would focus the minds of Chairman , manager and players...

You don't actually have to Q to get your money back...You pay the £35 up front for the ticket via contactless or whatever...and any monies owing by the club are put back into your account

Season ticket holders have the option of the tenners accumulated against the cost of next seasons tickets ...

Pay as you go...Its edgy and is probably the future...You heard it here first...

feel free to expand on me brilliant innovation.....................

There’s an untapped market in the city that we need to capitalise on before the blunts get their filthy paws on them and that’s the BAME folks.

So many of them are unaffiliated at the moment so if we incentivised them using free tickets to schools, mosques, social clubs etc in seats that mostly wouldn’t be getting used anyway we can hopefully entice more and more people to come support the mighty owls.

Isn’t like 20% of the city BAME? That was back in 2011 as well it’s probably more like 30% now, why aren’t we looking at trying to rope them into suffering Wednesday games with us too?

Charge next to nowt for kids and the dads will pay. Also gives you a future fan base.

At Reading it's £20 a ticket but if you bring a kid it costs £19 to get the pair of you in! Would be a great deal if it wasn't at Reading.

Still not a bad idea as like you say it gets the next generation interested.

Can just imagine the crowd erupting as a last minute opposition goal goes in after a particularly expensive run of wins

When we were proper crapola in the 70's it was cheap to get in, comparatively free by today's standard.

Yet on the whole crowds were still poor.

The only gimmick that works is good football and hardly ever losing, bonus is sell out crowds most times if a reasonable price, ie 20 is plenty

The best idea I can come up with is make the upper leppings lane open to home fans - season ticket only so everyone is held accountable for any potential bad behaviour.

That gets rid of one problem, what to charge the away fans.

You can instantly charge less for the kop - at a reasonable price - which promotes pay on the gate - as lets be honest, most who will take up the leppings lane end will be Kop S/T holders - and that means we can charge less for the away fans which stops big clubs bringing a quarter of the contingent they would normally.

What i'm suggesting says on one hand, charge less for two stands, but I do believe it will keep crowd levels for season ticket holders the same - with more walk ups.

It is afterall, a bloody good view up in that stand.
