wakefieldowl
What went off with that today. I saw lino flagging so didn't jump up when we scored, I just kept waiting for it to be disallowed. Is the main purpose of officials to spoil everyone's day? What was lino flagging for ????? Boyd seemed well onside Edited March 10, 2018 by wakefieldowl Typo

Boyd seemed well onside He stuck his flag up as he thought Rhodes was latching on to the ball and he was offside but he didn’t it went to Boyd who was miles onside. Correct decision

Which park do they pull these officials from?
legendaryswan
Lino thought Rhodes was going to take it on and he was off,but he let it run to Boyd whos onside and he put the flag back down, ref just checked what happened.

Guest Arcadianrocket
The offside rule is a farce. How was Rhodes not interfering when he went to run for the ball? That surely distracted their defence. Offside should be offside,
oldishowl
From my seat the linesman was behind a post and I didn’t see any flag so I was celebrating away and had no idea what was happening when ref went over to talk to him

i used to be sc_owl
I didn't cheer as thought it was offside. Only settled down after kick off. My Dad turned to me (first time we have got to a match together this season, which was awesome) and asked “when did we last win in the league?” I answered “Derby” just as Bolton scored
Otley Owl
I had no idea what was going on, didn't even see the linesman's flag. That desperate for a goal. When we cheered again I just assumed we'd scored twice. Very drunk.

No he would have been daft if he didn’t leave the ball. He left it so there was nothing daft about it.
cross owl
He was flagging to chalk a goal for us off in practice for the next time the cheat of epic cheatiness is in the middle . Ref today just walked over and confirmed he wasn't swarbrick and the lino just said , oh yeah it's a goal then .
