Not a chance in hell we're going down

Recommended Posts

At the moment it looks as if the bottom three need to win 3/9 games and better what miserly total we get. Barnsley need to win 2 and better us.

I could see the others getting above us, but the form of those four might save us. We would’ve been ten points clear and likely high and dry had we won though.

We'll be fine in this division

The bottom three are about as bad you can get

Forgot the last time Birmingham won - they are just getting defeat after defeat

Sunderland are as bad and both Birmingham and Sunderland are down and out

If Burton don't go down by staging some comeback in the next few games then it'll be Barnsley that falls

Either way we'll be fine

We are 8 points away from relegation and for the likes of Brum, Sunderland and Burton to get above us they will have to hit promotion form over the last 9 games.

They, along with us, have to play each other.

Yeah I think we're totally safe

I hate to say it but some of us who are a bit longer in the tooth can remember past seasons when there was no way we could go down at this stage but did.

In those seasons we actually won the odd match during the run in and the impossible happened.

It’s never over till it’s mathematically impossible.

Tend to agree, if we stay up it will be down to the other teams, just don't see us getting any more than 4 at best points from the remaining games .

And all the teams between the bottom three and us as well.
All the teams below us can't all win all of their games.
There's nine games to go but in all likelihood, we're already fine.

If we are not in the Bottom 3 by this time on bank holiday Monday then we will have got away with it

I’ve got a horrible feeling we will be

I can definitely see Burton beating the pigs too!!

Burton's following 2 games are away at Wolves and then Cardiff.

We've got 38 points which isn't enough yet, 45 points will probably be enough.

If we don't get some players back from injury by Easter fixtures I'm struggling to see where points will come from.

I'm not even confident we'll get owt at Sunderland.

These last 2 games were our get out of jail free cards

4 points should have been the absolute minimum.

If we struggle and I mean really struggle against these 2 - we won’t get another win all season - if the squad stays as it is
