I work down there and the bad weather is inbound hence why I came north last night. From what I’ve been told by my Bristol mates a decision will be made tomorrow

from their point of view they'll want to play us whilst we are on the ropes

They do I watched Tuesday’s debacle with them and they’re keen, albeit their recent form is not red hot

Bristol City clutching at straws that the game will be on as Blizzard sweeps into the Bristol channel.

Well sorry Bristol your hopes of playing Cuthbert Bank FC are disappearing under 10" of snow.

Get a council gritting lorry going up and down the pitch nonstop.

It works on the roads.... this country is pathetic.

Who actually makes the decision?

Because if you leave it up to Bristol City they will just say "we've cleared the pitch so game on"

Who assesses the conditions around the ground?

Who takes into account the safety of travelling fans?

For the pitch yeah but I'm sure he won't be checking the M1/M42/M5 etc

If they make us play this guy would make a good leader on the snow

This and couple other posts, show how far we have fallen in such a small space of time. We now pray for snow so we don’t have to play Bristol City.

Given we would have to travel tomorrow, and the forecast is at its worst then, I would be very surprised if its not called off.
